We provide a fully-insured crèche service at your wedding venue, with a team of qualified child-carers to take care of the “little ones” so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy your special day. Whatever your timings and requirements, we create a wedding crèche package designed exactly to the needs of your day.
About our wedding crèches
Our team set-up the crèche in a room allocated by your venue.
We provide all play equipment including toys, games, books, dressing up, music and craft equipment,
suitable for children up to 8 yrs old. We also provide a “chill-out zone” with snooze mats, fun-coloured “crash” cushions and a TV / DVD.
As well as entertaining the children, we also supervise mealtimes/ bottle-feed babies, change nappies, accompany the children to the bathroom, and other little bits and pieces which they need help with.
- Crèches for children age 3months to 8yrs old
- Toys and equipment cleaned prior to every crèche
- Secure sign-in/sign-out process
- Crèche sessions are for a minimum of 3 hrs
Additional services
If you are having a summer wedding we can also arrange a bouncy castle/ outdoor games for the children.

Prices
As each wedding crèche is unique, we provide a quotation once we have discussed your requirements with you. Prices differ according to number of children, mix of ages, timing and duration of crèche.
- Full crèche (3 - 6 hours): from £795
- Mini crèche (max 5 children under 5 for up to 2 hours): £600

What happens next?
We ask you to…
- Allocate a crèche room at your wedding venue
- Ask your venue to organise food and drinks for the children and light refreshments for the child-carers
Hattie’s Nannies will then...
- Confirm your booking by email
- Liase directly with the venue regarding room set-up
- Send you a one page event summary sheet two weeks before the wedding, detailing the list of children booked into the crèche, name of the crèche manager, and an outline activity plan of the day
