This is underpinned by her wider commercial background and experience in all aspects of business and recruitment management. In addition to this, from her own personal experience of raising a family, she totally understands the importance of having the right childcare in place, tailored to the individual needs of your family.

At Hattie’s Nannies we understand the importance of finding our families the right Nanny, taking into consideration other factors in addition to their CV experience such as their hobbies, interests, and wider “life skills” and their own personalities and styles. Do they speak any languages, do they love the outdoors, do they have any creative skills, are they sporty, can they ski, how are their cooking skills….. to mention but a few things. With this in mind, Elaine interviews all candidates on a 1 to 1 basis herself so that she knows exactly who is being presented to our families.
